A fun cardiovascular toning workout you've gotta try!
Combine water walking, water cycling and additional toning exercises with water dumbells for a great workout that keeps you moving
and gets you toned.
(workout done in the shallow water)
This class uses fun, easy to follow aerobic exercises, occasionally adding foam barbells and noodles for a fun way to get a great
calorie burning, muscle toning workout.

AQUA WALK
Walking, jogging, skipping plus other aerobic moves in the shallow water. A great workout that's fun and social. Water barbells may
be used in a portion of the class for additional muscular conditioning.

A great cardiovascular fat burning workout. Jog, ski, and bicycle your way to fitness with no impact (flotation devices used).
