Meet Our Fit Coaches:

Hillary Knowles

Hillary Knowles has been leading fitness classes and training individuals for the past 4 years, and is certified by AAFA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in both group fitness and personal training. She is familiar with the fitness routines of R.I.P.P.E.D., Les Mills Body Pump and Body Attack, PILOXING, Turbo Kick, and WERQ. She hopes to help others fit exercise into their schedules and reap all the health benefits it can provide. “I started working out just because I enjoyed it….for a little ‘me’ time. But when I saw results, and noticed how good I felt, I decided I wanted to help others experience that, too,” she said.

Jenniffer Swank
(In Training-Available to Coach Fall 2015)

Jenniffer Swank started running 8 years ago to prepare for the St. Jude run. She has developed a love for health and fitness from her training, starting from zero and working up to longer runs. She is a member of the women’s fitness group Sole Sisters, and has run the Canton to Peoria St. Jude race, along with other 5K, 10K, 25K, and half marathon races. She would like everyone to know they have the ability to be fit and healthy. She looks forward to helping people of all fitness levels, whether they are experienced runners or just beginning. “I want to share and introduce my love for running with others. It's the best therapy!” she said.
