Fitness Class Schedules

Our fitness classes are for individuals high school age and up. All classes have accomodations for different ability levels. Fitness classes are free with a YMCA membership, but membership is not necessary to sign up for classes. Nonmembers can pay the one-time drop in fee or purchase a fitness class pass at the Customer Service Desk.
