  • The YMCA is recognized nationally as a leader in the field of water fitness.
  • All classes are held in the Y's 6-lane Pool, equipped with flotation belts, noodles, and barbells for your use.
  • Our instructors receive YMCA Water Fitness Training and CPR/First Aid Certifications.
  • Most classes are designed for any level of participant. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and consult your instructor for individual guidelines.
  • Water fitness class schedules are subject to change based on participant interest & instructor availability.
