Fall 2018 Weight Loss Challenge

Take the 10-week challenge to lose weight, have fun, and become/stay physically fit. Get motivated, make those lifestyle changes you have been putting off, and start the New Year right!

-Sign up & orientation held in the Life Center September 6 & 7.

-Runs September 10-November 18

-You may choose a workout partner.

-Teams will be chosen according to total weight and number of participants.

-Life Center Staff are available to help you with your goals.
